Our Bath Salts contain a lovely mixture of Himalayan Salt, Celtic Sea Salt, Epsom Salts and Sea Salt.
Himalayan salt used in a warm bath increases blood circulation and assists in balancing the pH level of your skin. With over 84 minerals, Himalayan salt improves the feel and look of your skin by helping to reduce acidity and inflammation.
Celtic Sea Salt has a vast array of healing properties as it is said to balance out the body’s minerals. It is said to reduce water retention, boost the immune system, prevent muscle cramps and improve heart health, but let’s face it, lying in a warm bath relaxing is always going to be great for the heart!
Epsom Salts are believed to reduce swelling and soothe tired muscles and are a great addition to any bath.
Sea Salt added to a bath is said to stimulate circulation, help relieve stiffness in joints, ease muscle soreness, and aid with joint stiffness.
Our Scent range contains the following Essential Oil blends. We only use essential oils in our bath salts and please contact us if there is a formulation we have but you require removal or addition of an essential oil for medical reasons, or you just love it or don't like it!

Calming: A blend of Orange, Lavender and Patchouli
